Medals Again!

One more time Students from Triggers Taekwon-Do Health & Fitness (Barrhaven, Nepean & Bells Corners Nepean bring home medals.
Qualifying for a berth at the Canadian Taekwon-Do Championship in Oakville this past March, Lynda Chen, Anik Laferriere and Jane Chen went on to represent Canada at the International World Taekwon-Do Championships recently held in Daejon South Korea.

All three fought hard for their team medals as well as individual medals .

It was a classic “they came, they saw, they conquered”

All three of the Triggers Taekwon-Do black belts excelled amid formidable competition and brought home various medals (listed below).

Six months of difficult training paid off handsomely. While the students did all the hard work at the World Championship, special thanks are warranted to their instructor and coaches, Ms Kathy Trigger (Instructor), John Ross (power breaking and conditioning coach) and Mr. S. Legrow (conditioning and sparring coach.)

Congratulations girls!  Job well done!  We are all very proud of you.
