Ottawa Regional Friendship Tournament
Early bird registration of $30 per competitor closes on November 16, 2010.. Any forms received after this date will be charged $50 per competitor.
There is a new event
of TEAM SPARRING, divisions as follows:

Division #1: Ages 14 to 17, Junior Male (Blue Belt to Black Stripe)

Division #3: Ages 18 & Up, Senior Male (Blue Belt to Black Stripe)

Division #6: Ages 14 to 17, Junior Female (Black Belt Competitors)

Blackburn Taekwon-Do will be assembling at least one team for each of these categories. It would be nice to have
Trigger's assemble some teams to compete against them.

Location: Barrhaven - South Nepean Park
behind Mother Theresa High School and the new LDH School
Longfields Drive, near Berrigan, at the Waterpark
Time: Lunch starts between 12:30 to 1:00, games start at 11:00
Bring: Each family to bring a dish to share and your own drinks,
chair or blanket,
frisbee,
baseball gloves, football, etc.
Provided: Condiments, cups, plates, cutlery
Donation: Minimum $5.00 donation per person, $15.00 per family of
4 or more
