Taekwon-Do Tournament at Blackburn Taekwon-Do School.
Sunday Nov. 8/09
1. Demo Team Training from 12:30 to 2:30 pm
2. Black Belt training from 2:30 to 4:30 pm
3. New self defense class starting Sunday Nov. 8 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm This class is available as part of
Taekwon-Do training for students ages 13 & up. Parents and the public are also welcome to join the class. Please see Ms. Trigger for
cost.
Saturday Nov. 14/09
Taekwon-Do color belt test - students who will be testing will be notified.
Sunday Nov. 15/09
Black Belt applicants will meet at Trigger’s Taekwon-Do School at 12:30 pm to complete their theory.
Sunday Nov. 22/09
Children’s Taekwon-Do Holiday Season Party from 1:00 to 5:00 pm
Family Potluck Holiday Party Potluck dinner from 5:30 to 8:30 pm
Saturday Nov. 28/09
Black Belt applicants will meet at Trigger’s Taekwon-Do School at 11:30 am to complete their test.
There will be no Taekwon-Do classes from 11:15 to 1:15 pm
Sunday Nov. 29/09
Taekwon-Do color belt test - students who will be testing will be notified.

SPARRING
EQUIPMENT ON SALE
Trigger's
Taekwon-Do has sparring equipment and uniforms on sale - ending on Friday evening Oct. 30, 2009.
Orders will be placed on Sat. Oct. 31, 2009.
Ms.
Trigger will need to measure feet, hands and head for proper sizing.

event is a fundraiser for the students of Blackburn who are going to the
World Championships.

Blackburn Taekwon-do who will be competing for Canada in November 2009
at the World Championships in Argentina.

Master Laquerre to
Teach a Seminar at Blackburn Taekwon-Do
Saturday, June 27, 2009
The fee is $50 per person (if application and payment
are received by June 20, 2009). If there are any spots left after June
20, the late fee for registration is $75.00 per person. No exceptions.

It is going to be a nice small training for yellow belt and up (ages 10 and older) with lots of practice and more time in a small group with Master Laquerre for personal attention.
After the training there will be a dinner with Master Laquerre for Black Belts and Instructors. You are also welcome to join us! Please let
Ms. Trigger know in advance so she can advise Mr. LeGrow.
