Taekwon-Do Annual Picnic

Raindate Sunday September 12, 2010
Location:  Barrhaven - South Nepean Park
                behind Mother Theresa High School and the new LDH School
                Longfields Drive, near Berrigan, at the Waterpark
Time:  Lunch starts between 12:30 to 1:00, games start at 11:00
Bring:  Each family to bring a dish to share and your own drinks, chair or blanket,
           frisbee, baseball gloves, football, etc.
Provided:  Condiments, cups, plates, cutlery
Donation:  Minimum $5.00 donation per person, $15.00 per family of 4 or more

August 8 and 15, 2010
Ms. Bartkowski and Mr. Christopher have offered their time to teach. 
Who can attend:  This training is being offered for serious students only.  
                          Ages 8 and up for yellow belts and above.
Training Focus:  patterns, there will be no sparring.
Time:   10:30 to 11:30 am - Yellow Belt to Blue Belt 
           11:30 to 12:30 pm - Red Stripe to Black Belt
Location:  Trigger's Taekwon-Do

School closed from Saturday to Monday for Civic Holiday long weekend

The school will be closed all day for a black belt test, EXCEPT for the 9:30 to 10:00 Red Dragons class.

Morningstar Taekwon-Do is hosting a seminar with Grand Master Rhee, accompanied by his son, Master Andrew Rhee.
Open to all ages of serious students, yellow belt and up.
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  $60 per person, cheques payable to Morningstar Taekwon-Do
