This is a great opportunity to share this course with your daughter , sister, mother or friend.

Color belt test - students testing will be notified.

Red belt to black belt training 
Times will be posted 

Saturday Dec. 10 
Kids Party 
Time:       1:30 am to 4:00 pm 
Location:  Trigger's Taekwon-Do 
Cost:       $3.00 per student to help defray costs of prizes

Mini Tournament with patterns & speed kicks.
Uniform must be worn for all Taekwon-Do events.
Ribbons awarded for 1, 2, & 3.
(Please bring a change of clothing for snacks after games)

Noodle hockey, games, coloring contest, jelly bean guessing contest, raffles & prizes
(Any donation for prizes would be greatly appreciated.)

Bring along a treat to share with everyone!
(e.g., sandwiches, vegetables, fruits, bag of chips, cookies, drinks.)

Please no nuts of any kind due to severe allergies.

All classes cancelled- Final part of Black Belt test
Part two of Black belt test starts at 10:30 am – to when we finish approx. 5:30 pm dinner to follow. 
Step sparring, self defense techniques, kicking drills, sparring and board breaking.

Fundamental movements, patterns, physical and theory

Sunday Nov. 13 
Women Self Defense ages 11 & up. Level 1- Session 2 hours – 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Maximum of 20 people / cost $20 or $35 for 2 family members or bringing a friend.
